I have uploaded the recorded data to the processing platform. How soon will I receive the report?

If the file you uploaded to PD-Watch platform is compliant and refers to a 24-hour recording, you will receive your report in less than 2 minutes from the moment your report request is in the “In processing ” status. To monitor the status of your request you can consult the “Archive” page in your personal area of PD-Watch platform.
